Description
Sweep Auger
After the normal grain discharge of the flat bottom silo, a small quantity normally remains. This load is transferred to the silo center by the sweep auger and discharged.
Capacity, diameter of the screw, power and other parameters depend directly on the silo capacity and customer requirements and are designed to fit the device.
The device is rotated 360 degrees around the center of the silo and the remaining grain is transferred to the outgoing section of the silo. GOLDRAIN sweep auger equipped with a high power forwarder to enable it to move forward with the extra boost system around the center of the silo.
Featuring an elegant appearance and rational design, the machine’s screw discharge end is securely mounted on a central shaft frame within the silo. The fixed connection utilizes thrust bearings for smooth and flexible rotation. Equipped with an extended self-propelling structure, the machine allows automatic or manual adjustment of travel speed, and incorporates an explosion-proof motor for maximum operational safety.
