HOW TO INSTALL THE FLOUR MILL MACHINE BY YOURSELF

50TON-MAIZE-MILLING-MACHINE-NIGERIA (14)Pre-Installation Preparation

Read the Manual: Before installation, carefully read the equipment manual to understand the structure, performance, and installation requirements of the equipment, ensuring that the installation process complies with the technical specifications of the equipment.

Inspect the Equipment and Accessories: Check whether all components of the milling machinery are complete and whether there is any damage or deformation. If any problems are found, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.

Prepare Tools and Materials: Prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and levels, as well as essential materials like lubricating oil and sealant.

 IFoundation Installation

Site Preparation: Ensure that the installation site is level, solid, and free of debris and obstructions. This is the first step in foundation installation, providing a stable base for the equipment to operate reliably.

Foundation Construction: Construct a suitable foundation based on the dimensions and weight of the equipment. The foundation must have sufficient strength and stability to support the weight of the equipment and the vibrations generated during operation.

Anchor Bolt Installation: Install anchor bolts on the foundation, ensuring that their positions are accurate. The bolts should be installed vertically, and after the nuts are tightened, the bolts should protrude 3-5 threads from the nuts to ensure the stability of the equipment.

II. Mill Head Installation

Mill Head Fixation: Install the mill head squarely and secure it to the concrete foundation with bolts. This step requires ensuring the accurate positioning of the mill head to guarantee the normal operation of the equipment.

Grinding Roll and Related Components Installation: Install the grinding rolls, their bearing housings, covers, bearings, and other components. During installation, pay attention to cleaning each part to ensure the precision of the installation.

Bearing Cap Installation: Install the bearing caps with oil seals at both ends of the fast and slow rolls, and use specialized tools to press the bearings into the bearing seats at both ends of the roll shafts, applying lubricating oil.

Bearing Housing Installation: Install the bearing housings with lubricating oil into the bearings at both ends of the roll shafts using specialized tools, and secure them to the bearing caps with screws.

Fast and Slow Roll Installation: Install the fast and slow rolls onto the left and right planes of the mill body and the spherical support shafts, ensuring that the gaps between the ends of the rolls and the mill body are uniformly consistent.

III. Sieve Installation

Mill Inversion: Invert the mill and place the bottom of the sieve on the sieve frame of the mill.

Sieve Fixation: Secure the sieve to the sieve frame of the mill with screws and nuts, ensuring that the screws are evenly distributed around the sieve.

Gap Adjustment: Use shims to maintain an appropriate gap between the sieve and the sieve frame of the mill, allowing the material to pass through smoothly.

Fixation Check: Confirm that the sieve is firmly secured to the mill and check for any looseness or gaps between the sieve and the mill.

IV. Motor and Electrical Equipment Installation

Equipment Provision: Equip the main drive motor and other electrical devices and wiring according to the requirements of the mill.

Motor Installation: Install the motor in a suitable position, ensuring that the motor shaft is aligned with the mill head shaft, and that the motor is securely fastened.

Electrical Equipment Installation: All electrical equipment should be installed by a professional electrician to ensure correct and safe electrical connections.

V. Belt Installation and Adjustment

Rotation Direction Check: Before installing the belt, check whether the rotation direction of the drive power is consistent with that of the mill. After confirming that there are no errors, adjust and install the belt, ensuring that the belt tension is appropriate.

Belt Tension Adjustment: The belt tension should be moderate. Excessive tension can increase the load on the motor and bearings, while insufficient tension can cause the belt to slip, affecting the milling effect.
