1. Motor Not Running
Cause: Power not connected, motor malfunction, or overload protection activated.
Solution: Check if the power plug is inserted properly and if the power cord is damaged. If the power supply is normal, the motor may be faulty and requires professional inspection and repair. If the overload protection has been activated, wait a moment for it to cool down before restarting.
2. Poor Grinding Effect
Cause: Screen clogged, material too wet, or excessive feed rate.
Solution: Clean the screen to ensure the holes are clear. Control the moisture content of the material to avoid feeding overly damp ingredients into the mill. Adjust the feed rate to a moderate level to prevent overloading.
3. Excessive Noise During Operation
Cause: Loose parts, worn bearings, or material jammed.
Solution: Check if any parts are loose and tighten them if necessary. Inspect the bearings for wear and replace them if needed. Stop the machine and remove any jammed material.
